Xperia Mini Problem

Hi,

I just bought a Sony Xperia Mini a few weeks back.
I found out that after using the phone for playing games or surfing net, after some time, the phone starts to act strangely.
The phone keeps on escaping.
For e.g.
it exits the browser i am using to surf.
or
it exits the game i am playing.

Not force stop though.

Any idea whether is this phone issue or software issue?

I wanted to buy a device to track my calories burned, distance run and time run.
I do not have an i-phone or smart phone.

Any device which i could get to have this features?
