            <description>Previously I had called in to Maybank to help my old folks revert back to the SMS authentication due to phone incompatible to MAE  but it seems as recently they removed this option and M2U website forces the Secure2U once again, after a year or more of the SMS TAC working fine. Does this means the SMS TAC can no longer be re-requested again? </description>

            <description>As SMS codes phased out, some unable to upgrade their phone OS for various reasons. In such case I heard some banks offer this calculator like thing called Token device.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is this token device currently only issued by Public Bank? of course for secure signing PB account only. Other banks dont have this device?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Are all PB saving account holder can request the token free?</description>
