Recover old gmail account without phone number

I had an old gmail/YouTube channel (2010), I lost the access when I had to change my laptop as it broke (2022). My password used to be saved on my old device.

I forgot the password, I don't have the recovery phone number anymore (I don't even remember it), however I do have the recovery email (hotmail), and I'm still using it now.

Is there any way I can recover my gmail/YouTube channel with only using my recovery email? Because whenever I try to recover my account or press 'forgot password' it asks for the recovery phone number, not the email.

Hello everyone, so I travelled recently to the US for the first time and I noticed that my US number/SIM doesn't work with both of my mobiles from Malaysia (Realme + Huawei), is there a reason for that? It shows *No Service* tried multiple times.
First time travelling ever, so excuse my lack of knowledge😅
