Today, in China, they (programmers) celebrate programmer's day by refusing to work overtime.

10.24 is chosen probably is because 1024 or 10 to the power of 2 (binary).

I checked the web, Russian's programmer day is on different date:

How to run Raspberry Pi OS on VirtualBox?

From what I found, both are not compatible. The ISO of Raspberry Pi OS I downloaded is ARM binaries, but VirtualBox only support x86 and x64. How?

From what I know, VirtualBox is the only free VM I can use, is that true?

Skills: HTML, CSS, a little JavaScript, and pure PHP (no framework)
I need to sharpen my PHP skill while doing freelance web app project at the same time. Need more time (2 weeks and above for a small dynamic website) but I charge less.
