Celcom charged for game hero i did not subscribe

sometime back, i received sms notifying me that i got charged rm3 for a game subscription , initially i disregarded it as a hoax coz i dont play telco games and i didnt subscribe any games from celcom. as time went by, i kept getting this gamehero sms saying i got charged rm3. then i checked my credit, it really got deducted.

angry and frustrated for being charged over something i did not subscribe, i googled the internet to see who else were in the similar situation, i found quite a number of people complaining since april 2017. they all did not subscribe to games but got charged for it. them, upon inquiring celcom, celcom said the game is provided by third party, but they can help to unsubscribe it. ( so how about charged amount? ). if they have the power to unsubscribe the game, surely they have the power to subscribe us as well, or at least leaking our information to third party to charge us. signing us up and charging without our consent is not acceptable.

imagine rm3 x 9,600,000 customers, quote from this website, wouldn't the total charged weekly will be rm28.8 million A WEEK ( one month is rm115.2 MILLION). ok, lets say only 90% stopped subscribing and 10% are the kids / old people / people who didnt know they were signed up / people who dont know how to unsubscribe, 10% is already 2.88 milllion and one month is rm11.52 million charged for services customers DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. thats quite the huge amount i dare say.
