This one not ichang complain but i complain. But i think i cant be the only one feeling this way.

You can have biggest malls yet it all feels so 'empty'. Empty not in sense of no business or no shops but empty in the sense everything looks so platonic and a copy & paste from all the other malls. Its like there is no passion in terms of innovation or interest to make things more interesting. From 5000 sq ft of boredom it becomes 100000 sq ft of boredom.

Bought RM550k.
Monthly payment RM2.5k.
Monthly maintenance RM300.
Can only rent out at RM1.3k.
So meaning he has to burn around RM1.5k monthly just for nothing.
Confo selling price can only sell at RM500k. Market rate.
2 room, 2 bathroom.
Size around 900 sq ft.
