Help! strange connection

This happen since last time internet breakdown at early April.
Every time I hit mob it start lagging, and if other player also hitting mob near me I will get big lag, and then dc. Or if more than 10 players around me I'll dc too.
But if I'm alone I can get green latency and no lag.

I've tried every IP also the same, anyone know what happen and how to fix this? thanks.

How to get IP 124.x.x.x ?

Hi im using streamysx PPPOE but most of the time it get the IP 60.x.x.x and its a bit slow in some sites, I tried reconnect have a little "luck" sometime can get 124.x.x.x.

Is there anyway to get 124 more easier? Im using D-link DSL-500T router

Hi I use ZTE MF600 modem, NO port forwarding(this modem cant) ,with protocol obfuscation enable I can sometimes have 30k dl speed.

But I cant get a HighID, I told COMODO firewall pro to allow eMule.

Anyone using eMule with Maxis can help please?
