Use Maxis c5v router as bridge

Hi everyone,
I'm currently facing issue that router cant access internet through bridge mode and dynamic ip

My Previous setup:
- Maxis c5v is the main router connected to pppoe (installed by maxis technician)
- A TP link mr200 connected to c5v as a extender (dynamic IP, have its own DHCP)

Currently I'm trying to connect both router to a TP-Link R600VPN Router.

- R600VPN connected to Huawei Modem through (PPPoe, vlan 11) (have internet access)

But the problem is:
- Maxis c5v router connected to R600VPN through bridge mode and dhcp disbled, but no internet access. I also lost access to c5v through PC LAN, i think that because DHCP server disabled.
- TPLINK MR200 router also connected to R600VPN through dynamic ip mode, but also cant connect to internet.

Both router which connected to lan port of R600VPN cant connect to internet, but PC connected the R600's have access to internet.

Anyone have other solutions or better recommendations?

Thanks in advance!

I'm planning to replace the old tplink router, but the dect phone is connected to tel port on maxis router, and nowadays a lots of router like TP-link ax73 dont have tel port. So I'm trying to use the tel port on huawei modem, and i saw some unifi user connect their dect phone directly to modem. I'm not sure wheter can work or not, some maxis user say yes some say no.

I haved managed to logged into Huawei modem and do some configuration. But its not working, the tel port on modem blinking slowly. Anyone have tried success doing this?

This is some of my refrence:
gist.github.com/Anime4000/6bb17e4355574de8d4f01771359bfe5f

the Basic user paramiters sip password is copied from the old tplink router (revealed trough inspect)

New router dont have tel port

I'm current using maxis provided router TP-Link Archer c5v ac1200 and i'm planning to get a new router, probably tp-link ax series router.

But there a problem. My maxis plan have a phone line, and its connected to the c5v router that have a rj11 port. If i changed a new router without rj11 port i cant use the phone.

My modem Huawei EchoLige HG8240H5 have a rj11 port and i noticed some unfi user connect their dect phone to the modem (same model), i tried but its not working the phone (only have beeping sound, tel indicator dint light even i pick up the phone). The phone only can work by connect the router, even i unplug the rj11 cable the voip indication still solid (blinking if have incoming call or during call).

How to solve this problem if i change a new router? Is there any solution to make the phone work on modem?
