I don&#39;t know much about troubleshooting, but all I want now is to get back my data. They are on my desktop and Documents. <br /><br />Am not able to press F8 or F11, Am not able to startup normally, and the same goes with Startup repair. Nothing is repaired as far as I know. I still get the same problem. Is this overheat or virus or trojan or have I been hacked? I clicked properties but it has no size and created in the year of 2318&#33; It is not a hidden file either because I have clicked &quot;Do not show hidden files&quot;.<br /><br />I couldnt delete it and I wonder what this file is about.
