Accident yesterday.

Hi, one week car owner here and got into car accident yesterday.

P license holder.

Accident yesterday on highway and got rear banged from behind.
Both made report, and he admit fault.
So claiming his side insurance.

So anyway I went to SC to do inspection and file claim for insurance.

But the guy says I’m under P license category.
So I have to pay excess of RM400 to start filing the claim even though it’s not my fault.

Was wondering is this true?
If so, can I claim this on the guy’s insurance that bang me?

Regarding withdarwing FD

I've like an hour ago just placed an FD through M2U.

My first time putting FD.

I was wondering if i want to withdraw it prematurely, do i get back the money instantly?
like lets say i withdraw it now, the funds will show it in my account immediately? Thanks

Hi. Am a newbie.

Booked and loan approved for V Sensing.

Car price is rm90212.36 on city website.
Down payment planning 15k, sales rebate 3k from SA
Affin bank loan approved, 75k
But Affin bank is saying the car price is rm94121.

Can explain why Affin says it’s 94121 but not 90212? And where the discount come?
