Self-erected roadside shops

Inspired by the picnic in airport thread.

Wish to ask fellow ktards thoughts on those gerai that are erected on roadsides. When I say shops, not those ramly burger stalls (these I tolerate) but shops with cement, roof and running electricity & water, but done on those once empty land parcels next to roadside. Where previously these empty lands act as dividers.

These self-erected “shops” are normally next to actual proper shop lots. My qualms are;

1) businesses operating in actual shop pay rents/taxes/other business expenses that come with but these “shops” doesn’t? You get the idea on bottom line.

2) they are not governed under the same set of laws a normal business would be. What happen if shit happens? Redha?

3) an actual case of tanah ini milik siapa? But the business in the actual shop is also earth prince?

Lawyers at that high level cannot be entering the court with just one game-plan, to seek for delay of 3-4 months.

Like every top management, there will be alternatives.

In this case, plan A failed. Plan B activated, to discharge own-self, so bijan can cry wolf that he has no defense counsel and got his right denied.

In either case, bijan gets to delay his case somewhat?

What is Plan C, E, D, ….?

These guys are highly paid. Cannot be so shallow. Or are they? Oops.
