Denied boarding to New Zealand

Hi guys, my father and his group of friends have been denied boarding from the flight to New Zealand this morning, for failing to present a Visa. As far as I understand, Malaysian do not need a Visa to travel there for a stay less than 3 months. Has anyone encounter the same experience before?

What's more important is, can we get compensation from the air line or insurance for such cases?

Vertical cracks on wall

How/where to repair headlight

Ok, this is the story... I was trying to adjust the height of my headlights so that they could shine farther, and the next thing I know, the right headlight doesn't move any higher (which it can before this just like the left one). I then also found that the reflector inside the headlight has loosen up and I can actually rock the reflector up and down by holding the bulb, so it seems to me that some nut or screw has loosen up due to my attempt to adjust the height.

So, does any good soul here mind to tell how can I fix that or where can I get it to fix? Now I'm really bothered with the headlight because it doesn't shine as far as it used to be already.

Housemate missing without paying rent

As per topic, my housemate disappear himself from the beginning of month till now and not paying rent. I (as the house leader) first thought he was away for something so I pay his portion of rent too while waiting for him to turn up but then I realize that he is not reachable at all. I'm not gonna cover his rent for coming month so I plan to rent his room to somebody else. The thing is now his room is locked, can I 'break' into his room and move his things out? What do you guys think? Is that illegal?

Help, TuneUp Utilities 2008 problem

Recently,when I use TuneUp Utilities to scan my registry it will hang (freeze) on half way when scanning 'Area: Active X and COM' as the screenshot below. I'm using Windows Vista SP1, I had tried to reinstall the software and applied the latest patch but the problem still persisting. Would really appreciate if anyone here could help. Thanks a lot.
