Price of coffee hits highest since 1977 after Brazil’s drought

LONDON: The price of Arabica coffee reached the highest level since 1977 in trading today on concerns of limited supplies caused by drought in Brazil this year.

A pound of Arabica beans listed in New York hit 320.10 US cents, extending the commodity’s rally over the past year and pushing past a nearly thirty-year high the day prior.

Any automatic watch fans here have experience buying from an independent watch maker?

Keen to explore for the uncommon designs i.e. not so rolex. Was looking for a mid cost automatic watch and eyeing the Hamilton, Grand seiko collections but could not find any that sticks to my liking. Hamilton all runs on the H10 calibre hence not so special hence syiok. Further, its part of the Swatch group. Pricing is good though.

Cops receive 11 reports over video allegedly defaming PM.

PETALING JAYA: Police have received 11 reports over a viral video allegedly defaming Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim in connection with his recent interview on CNN, says Inspector-General of Police Razarudin Husain.

He said police have recorded statements from 12 witnesses as part of the ongoing investigation, Bernama reported.

“The case is being investigated under Section 504 of the Penal Code and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act,” he said.

“The classified criminal investigation unit (USJT) at Bukit Aman is handling the investigation and the probe papers will be submitted to the Attorney-General’s Chambers soon,” he was quoted as saying.

The Federal Government has set a goal to make half of all new vehicles sold in the U.S. in 2030 zero-emissions vehicles, and to build a convenient and equitable network of 500,000 chargers to help make EVs accessible to all Americans for both local and long-distance trips.

What haircut and style you guys having now?

Have been doning high fade and short hair cut for quite a while now. Thing about having such short hair cuts is the regular visits to the hair salon. Every 2 to 3 weeks have to get a hair cut. Damn waste of time. Longer haircut will lessen the visits.

Come recommend a hair cut for unker. Low maintenance i.e. not reall needing to blow style type will suit just nice as unker effing lazy to do such feminine sheet. Head still full of hair and no sign of thinning.

Normally Type C mandatory have to bring a bag of goodies plus mandarin orange. Type M and I, nothing brought. Just go there and eat and yak.

To all those that uses this road for their daily commute, the road is now open.

Going into KL is 3 lanes via underpass while going out of KL is on top also 3 lanes. This route has never been this smooth before 👍🏻

Fuyoo, I did not know this. Mines lake is deeper than height of burj khalifa 😬.

Must have huge fishes there. No wonder see a lot of the angler's motobikes parked at side of the lake on besraya.

Mines North Lake is geographically located at latitude 3° 2' 7" North of the Equator and longitude 101° 42' 42" East of the Prime Meridian on the Map of Malaysia. Mines North Lake used to be the Sungei Besi open-cast tin mine, and was the deepest in the world. The lake is almost 6,000 ft deep as it was once an open cast mine. The mine was listed in the old Guiness Book of Records.
