            <title>Food Quality in M&amp;#39;sia</title>

            <description>Have you realized that the food quality (and sometimes service) for those mid - end range (meaning the range of &amp;gt;RM 30 but &amp;lt; RM 100 per person) is really bad. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don&amp;#39;t know how come a lot of these restaurants employ mostly foreigners and some even the managers are foreigners (who can only speak a few words of English or Malay) and don&amp;#39;t really care about the quality of food, ESPECIALY when you&amp;#39;re paying a premium of say, RM 80 per person. I mean if you need examples, just look at the steakhouse (Victoria station, The Ship, TGI Fridays (Some branches) ) etc. While i understand food costs are spiralling, HOWEVER charging people ~RM60 per steak does not give you justification to turn in such sub-par work. And the most amazing part is that even after telling the manager, they just shrug, bring yr plate back and come back with another plate of crap. SOme with the same steak but just slapped on the grill for a little while longer.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And a lot of those boutique eateries are worst. You see all these &amp;quot;nice&amp;quot; decorations and stuff, all those &amp;quot;fresh&amp;quot; flowers and expensive chandeliars but when the food comes, its terrible. It feels like i&amp;#39;m paying a premium for the decoration as oppose to paying for good food. All these pretentious restaurants, however, close down within 1-2 years. But SURPRISINGLY new ones come and REPEAT the same, stupid mistakes. I don&amp;#39;t know if all the restaurant owners are dumb or they think we are dumb??? Or are they just in for the quick profit and then close down??&lt;br /&gt;</description>

Starting price from RM 270K onwards with 2% early bird discount and a further 5% discount on bulk buying. Location is just beside Ritze Perdana 2 and opposite MQS facing Mutiara Damansara. Details as follows:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unit size - 421sqft - 522sqft&lt;br /&gt;Price - RM 270K onwards&lt;br /&gt;Downpayment- 5%&lt;br /&gt;Expected rental yield - RM 1500&lt;br /&gt;Maintenance Fee- RM0.35 (Damn expensive)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do you guys think its a good investment for the 421sqft studio unit based on the below:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5% down payment - RM13,500&lt;br /&gt;RM 250k 30 year loan - repayment should be around RM 900-1000. &lt;br /&gt;Added RM 150 maintenance fee per month&lt;br /&gt;Total - RM 1150 v.s. rental yield of RM 1500.   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What do you guys think??</description>
