Hi Guy's,

Currently i have a property under me and my wife name and the loan will be under my name , for your information we are going to divorce soon hence she would like to transfer the ownership to me however based on my lawer explanation i need to refinance and redo the loan agreement as well which costs another 10 k , is there any other way to prevent refinance process ? as in discuss with bank ?

Hi Guys as the title mentioned my wife has actually confessed with me few days ago that she has been having an affair with a girl , it's has been putted me in shock at that moment however i has been trying to rescue our marriage despite all the pursuing she is reluctant to put in any effort based on what she replied,her heart is already at the other side and she has been accumulate dispointment toward me for quite a long while which lead to this situation hence i have suggested to part way temporarily first to let both of us cool down to ensure that is it really the love that she want or it's just lust and passion. However i need sifus to guide me whether shall i run these long marathon ?
