Khairy asks ChatGPT which party he should choose

Former Umno Youth Chief Khairy Jamaluddin is seeking help from a chatbot to determine his political future.

In an instagram story earlier today, Khairy posted his consultation with ChatGPT, a chatbot developed by OpenAI.

He had asked the bot "Which party should Khairy Jamaluddin choose?" hinting that his main interest still lies in politics.

He noted in his instagram story that he did not find the answer from the bot useful in helping him choose.

ChatGPT's response read: "As an AI language model, I do not have personal opinions or take sides in political matters. The decision of which political party to join is a personal one, and it depends on a variety of factors such as the individual's beliefs, values, and goals. Ultimately, it is up to Khairy Jamaluddin to decide which party aligns best with his own beliefs and principles, and which party he feels will best serve his constituents and the country as a whole."

To which he captioned in jest 'ChatGPT is not really useful. I thought it will be able to help.' Since he was sacked from Umno, Khairy has been appointed as the Johor Youth Advisor and has recently also taken up the role of radio announcer for Hot FM.

Here Is Your First Look At The New CIMB OCTO App: Available For Download Now

Don't delete your CIMB Clicks app just yet though.

Two years after the last major redesign of its Clicks mobile app, CIMB has released yet another mobile app called the CIMB OCTO App. As you may notice, the app is named after the bank’s mascot.

First and foremost, this does not mean the end of the CIMB Clicks app though. The bank assures that the existing mobile app will continue to be available to users as the OCTO App is still in its infancy.

In fact, the bank will still deliver SecureTAC to the old app. Not only that, you still have to use the CIMB Clicks app to approve web transactions.

Now that we got that out of the way, so what’s new about the OCTO App? Based on our brief experience with the app as well as information provided on its official website, there seemed to be at least two major focuses: user interface and customisation.

CIMB OCTO App

The bank claimed that revamped UI is meant to deliver a faster and simplified user experience. For example, OCTO App allows users to initiate QR-based payment directly from its navigation bar on the home screen.

We are currently going through the official presentation by CIMB, so come back for more up-to-date information. That being said, the OCTO App is already live on Apple App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery, so CIMB customers out there are already able to experience the app immediately.

Israel flights can travel to Saudi Arabia

Riyadh: Arab Saudi membuka ruang udaranya kepada semua syarikat penerbangan, yang secara tidak langsung membolehkan lebih banyak penerbangan keluar masuk ke Israel.

Keputusan itu turut dialu-alukan Presiden Amerika Syarikat (AS) Joe Biden yang dalam rangka lawatan ke Arab Saudi, hari ini.

Pihak Berkuasa Penerbangan Udara Saudi (GACA) berkata, ruang udara negaranya dibuka kepada semua penerbangan yang memenuhi syarat, selaras konvensyen antarabangsa yang menekankan aspek tiada diskriminasi antara pesawat awam.

"Keputusan ini akan melengkapkan usaha menyatukan kedudukan kerajaan sebagai hab global yang menghubungkan tiga benua dan untuk meningkatkan sambungan udara antarabangsa," tambah GACA dalam kenyataan.

Melangkau ruang udara Arab Saudi telah menambah masa penerbangan dan meningkatkan pembakaran bahan api bagi perkhidmatan ke dan dari Israel.

Penasihat Keselamatan Rumah Putih AS, Jake Sullivan berkata, Biden mengalu-alukan keputusan Arab Saudi berhubung penarikan sekatan ruang udaranya.

"Keputusan ini membuka jalan bagi rantau Timur Tengah yang lebih bersepadu, stabil dan selamat, yang penting untuk keselamatan dan kemakmuran Amerika Syarikat dan rakyat Amerika, juga untuk keselamatan dan kemakmuran Israel," kata Sullivan dalam kenyataan.

Terdahulu pada Khamis, seorang pegawai AS memberitahu Reuters bahawa tidak lama lagi Arab Saudi akan memberi akses kepada syarikat penerbangan Israel merentasi ruang udaranya tanpa halangan dan membenarkan penerbangan sewa terus bagi umat Islam dari Israel menunaikan haji di Makkah.

Arab Saudi sebelum ini tidak mengiktiraf Israel dan tidak mengatakan apa-apa kemungkinan perkembangan dua hala (dengan Israel) ketika lawatan Biden. Israel juga mengelak daripada menyentuh aspek itu.

Meskipun tiada hubungan rasmi, Arab Saudi pada 2020 bersetuju membenarkan penerbangan Israel-Emiriah Arab Bersatu merentasi wilayahnya.
