Need some help to buy engineering softwares

Hi,
I would like to know where one can buy original engineering softwares and antivirus in kl or bangi. I am looking forward to buy the latest version of Autocad or SOLIDWORKS or Catia. Are the original ones expensive? I am an engineer not a student. I am looking to buy one with a license term of 3 years.

Can someone pls tell me too why in Lazada and shopee these softwares cost just between rm15 to rm30 each... They are pirated right? Is it reliable to buy and use them?

Clogged floortrap

About 2 years ago I painted my house new and made some renovations to the house. I quarreled with the contractor due to some disagreements...as a result I think the contractor told his workers to pour cement in my dry kitchen's floortrap... Now water can only slowly sip thru the floortrap. Could someone advice me on what to do pls? Can I buy some type of acid or if that doesn't work..can I do a bypass n how? Or is the only solution is to break the floor and make a new piping?

Pls help me
