Position: Engineering Manager
Location: Klang Valley - Sungai Buloh
Position Summary
- To serve as a guidelines for all the existing job position and for the future recruitment needs

Job Responsibilities
- Lead new product development from new mold kick off until production launch
- Evaluate product concepts, product designs, and drawings for mechanical function (e.g., fit, function, interference, stacking, nesting, etc.), manufacturability and tool design/DFM.
- Ensure new tool design achieve manufacturing stability & consistency in meeting quality specification, cycle time, shot weight target and timing plan as per project owner commitment to customer.
- Leading & execute data collection of manufacturing trials and testing, and related tools validation and manufacturing documentations from initial tools trials(ESL/MSL) through production qualification (PPAP).
- Review mold testing report(MTR) after every tool trial with technician, layout a follow test plan to ensure the next tool trial achieve designated target result.
- Ensure 1st production launch on cost, on time, on quality
- Explore & execute for productivitiy/VAVE opportunities.
- Manage discipline issues and daily supervision to maximise efficient productivity.
- Ensure business processes comply to 6S, company core value, ISO & ethical.
- Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers.
- Ensure an effective interface with other department staff is well maintained.
- "Work as part of the management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standard requirements delivery in line with company and customer requirements."

Job Requirements
- PR Issuing, OT Approval, call for RFQ
- Diploma level or above
- Working experience 7 years+
- Injection Molding, Mold, Plastic, Project Management
- People mangement, APAP project management, scientific molding, mold design, Lean Manufacturing, 7 QC Tools, Plastic knowledge

Position Summary
 Provide post-sales technical supports for Cisco networking solutions, including routing,
switching and software-defined Networking solutions.

Job Responsibilities
 Perform installation, troubleshooting and prepare technical documentations for projects and
support cases.
 Demonstrate good expertise in routing and switching technologies.
 Take responsibility for any technical action item during meeting and presentation and work
with vendors to resolve the related issue.
 Conduct on-site proof of concept activities and follow up with user acceptance test.

Job Requirements
• University degree / technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
equivalent.
• Min 5 years working experience in providing implementation and support services of routing
and switching solutions to customers.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management skill and able to deal with tight deadlines and work under
pressure.
• Team player with strong analytical skills and positive work attitude.
Required Skills
• Expert level technical hands-on skills in Cisco routing, switching and software-defined
networking solutions.
• Good technical documentation writing skill and understanding of customer infrastructure's
performance and security issues.
• Good understanding of technical considerations and able to identify risks prior to project
implementation.
• Able to learn fast on emerging security and networking technologies.
Required Certifications

added advantage.

Position: Network Engineer (Voice) – Post sales
Location: Klang Valley
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 The candidate must be able to support the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco IP
telephony systems, in a large, complex, and highly resilient voice infrastructure.
 The job involves managing, configuring, troubleshooting, and assuring service supporting all aspects
of a Cisco voice and data network, including Cisco Unity Connection features, subscribers, call
handlers and call routing rules.
 The candidate must be able to coordinate with other groups within IT to resolve multi-disciplinary
issues—specifically with the WAN and LAN engineers on technical issues that span these domains
 The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Cisco Collaboration product lines such as Unified
Communications Manager, Unity Connection, Unified Contact Centre and collaboration applications
such as Webex.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
 Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer
Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
 Must have ability to analyse technical documentation and identify gaps/risks.
 Experience in Telephony Solutions is a must including configuring IP/ PBX systems along with VOIP,
ACD, CTI and IVR is a plus.
 Strong experience of supporting enterprise networks based on Cisco and other products.
 Strong ownership attitude and a track record of taking responsibility for problems and pushing
through to resolution.
 CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certification.
 Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley area and travel nationwide.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
