Anyone working at HDPM TRX?
I intend to apply for the position as Project manager role.
As what I know for now:
1. It's vendor environment whereby they are practicing on bench policy and by project basis.
2. work with stakeholder or client from China, HK, SG.
3. 28 days AL inclusive 11 days public holiday
4. need to be fluent in read write speak chinese.
5. Hybrid mode (3 days wfo and 2 days wfh).
6. Agile project approach

I would really2 appreciate if any of you can help me understand the working culture in HSBC Global Transformation Center.

Was thinking to apply their Regional Business Analyst role, .. seems like super eager for people now.

From their job descriptions, they are hiring someone who can speak/write Mandarin and Cantonese language as the role will be working on projects for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
