Sent my car today to one of the Proton Service Centre, there came a SA promoted their x70 & x50 model. When I asked if there is any major issues between these models and he/she said minor yes, but not major

After that, the technician called to test my car with him, so I asked him if x70 or x50 is a good option for my next car, he told me his honest opinion, if really want to buy Proton, buy the real Proton models and avoid any rebadged especially x70, x50 and S90 as all these models comes with major engine or gearbox issues.

Any x70, x50 owners here? Any comments?

Anyone have any idea on what does it mean by ‘Sekatan Kepentingan Tanah’ and it is stated in grant as ‘Tanah ini tidak boleh dijual/dipindah milik/dipajak tanpa persetujuan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri’?
The land status is a freehold.

Sunway Artessa & Emerald 9

Recently I surveyed Sunway Artessa (Wangsa Maju) and Emerald 9 at Cheras.

Emerald 9 is kinda far from KL City Centre and it’s using Selangor address whereas Artessa is just 5km from city centre.

Price of this both properties are nearly the same where Artessa is 721k (1109sqf) emerald 9 is 720k (1052sqf).

Both are freehold where Artessa if fully residential and emerald 9 is commercial under HDA.

What’s your thought?

Hi guys, I am not a scammer or property agent ya. Just a person surveying for properties at KL where wanted to buy one. I am visiting those sites and sales gallery as well as need your opinion as well as originally I am not from KL/Selangor. So please don’t report my post 😢😕

Previously I went to Minest Residence at Sentul and yesterday went to The Era at Segambut.

Both are freehold but the difference is one is residential land (Minest) and Era is Commercial land. The Era is slightly high in the price per sqft but location looks good.

Need your opinion on this guys.
