Hi guys - I'm looking for a KL project. Any suggestions?

My requirements:

TOD project (covered walkway preferred)
Easy to find tenants / easy to rent
Low to medium density
Budget: RM 700,000 and below
Hold for long term

I've gone through a lot of projects but still can't find one that satisfies me lah. Any recommendations?

Hi guys, did anyone hear Cuura rent before? I received their renovation quotation, which is cheaper than The makeover guys because they give 10% discount for Sunway Velocity 2 owners. But is their quality ok or not? Is that anything I need to worry??

Fake payslip ok ma?

Hi guys, currently i working remotely for a Singapore company without a work permit.

But I have payslip, bank statement (SG bank) , offer letter.

Because I don't have working permit in SG, so I can't declare tax in SG. But I have declared income tax in Malaysia.

So, when I go to apply loan or credit card. All the Malaysia bank don't accept my application because I don't have working permit in SG.

Right now, my idea is, I let my sister's company to pay my salary and also EPF for three to six months. So that i have a payslip to apply loan or credit card.

So, i just wondering is it legal to do that or not. Will LHDN come and check? Because every time i want to apply for a new loan, I just work for three to six month.

Hello everyone, I've just bought my first investment property in Cheras, and it will be VP in this year Q4.

Where can I buy good quality furniture (such as sofa, table, bed etc) and home applications (such as washer, dryer etc) with low price in KL?

I need

Bedroom Set (bed, bedframe, Wardrobe etc) * 3

Dining table * 1

Sofa * 1

Small table for living room* 1

washer *2 （duel key unit so need two washer and dryer）

Dryer * 2

fridge (400L)* 1

Small fridge * 1

Budget = RM 30K (No sure enough or not)

Hi everyone, My 1st property will VP in this year Q4.

Right now, I'm not sure I need to do for the duel key or not.

Property: Sunway Velocity 2 Type D
VP: Q4

Budget: 5 to 7% for renovation and furniture

Also, does my budget enough for this property? or I must put 10% of my purchase price?

Did anyone use the Makeover Guys service to renovate the house before? Is their renovation quality good?

I plan to renovate my house this year Q4 and I looking for a One-stop service because my property is in KL but I'm no staying in KL.
