My entire life earn RM 14 million max.

Work at 25 years, retire 65 years. Total working years = 40.

Assuming median salary post tax for 40 years + bonus = RM 20k/month.

40 years x RM 20k x 12 months = RM 11.52 million.
EPF let say RM 2 million.

My entire life can only earn around RM 13- RM 14 million, and this is consider almost best case.

Sorry to say this is applicable to 90% of /k as well.

Pls enlighten me with something that I can do to change this.

Breakfast - RM 12-RM 15 (roti canai + roti telur, half boiled egg, milo ice)
Lunch - Economic rice (2 meat, 2vege) + drinks = RM 15
Dinner - McD/KFC/grab food = RM 15 - RM 20
Supper - RM 10 (on and off)

I don't understand. Isn't this normal food intake for adult male? Am i eating more than what should i be eating?
And that's pretty normal price range in Klang Valley?

If not what you all eat and how much u all spent for food?

Food price double. Your salary?

tuesday my colleague will get warning letter

1) Boss send email to Malay colleague work from home at 4.00PM on Thursday to ask him complete his promised task before end of Friday after meeting of progress update. This is the original task that he should be completing based on initial 2 weeks timeline.
2) Just now boss ask me he got complete work or not? I check and reply boss no, and ask boss need me to do the work?
3) Boss say nvm just leave it, Tuesday he will ask HR issue warning letter.

Nowadays people, in meeting everything say ok can complete, but no do work.

To my Malay colleague, I hope u lurk around /k and see this post.

I proposed that everything that is categorized as non-essential service in Malaysia should not be allowed to operate in Malaysia during public holiday.
Those who violates will be heavily fined.

Definition of essential service: Pls refer to PKP total lockdown time where only essential service is allowed to operate.

Everyone has rights to have HOLIDAY during public holiday.

Boss ask me to rate poor employee excellence

Boss niece come internship under me for 3 months.....
She not performing, and also went holiday for 3 weeks during internship.

Now lecturer want come assessment next few weeks.
Boss call me into room and ask me to rate her excellence.
Boss also ask me to sign the 3 weeks internship log book that she went on holiday but she put she is working.

I wanted to rate her poor only initially and do not want to sign her fake internship log book.

Should I go against my true heart and follow boss order?
But If i don't follow, I sked boss will just find other people to sign and rate and put me in cold seat.

One thing I learn from my big boss. Give tips and you will earn respect and well treatment.

Standard when I go out eat with my big boss. My big boss will give RM 100 tips.
Next time when we go again, same waiter will come quickly, find a nice place, help serve things quickly, recommend good food.
In short, special treatment.
And boss repeat give tips again. Watever restaurant I go with boss, all waiter they know my boss and come serve quickly.

Giving tips is important.
Most people no give tips, but expect excellent treatment.

If you travel with economy class u no rich

Rich people usually take business class.

True rich people and high networth people that I know take business class for travelling with family.
Those salary workers kuli seems spend a lot on Starbucks, iPhone, but when they travel they pick cheap package.

I don't understand the rules of university campus where same gender can share the same room but diff gender cannot share the same room.
You are forced to stay in campus and you don't get to choose who you are sleeping with in the same room.

Isn't that also dangerous??? Everyone should entitled a single room.
You dunno what your roommate will did to you when you are asleep. Oh wai.

A Spanish extreme athlete has emerged from a cave after spending 500 days with no human contact, in what could be a world record.

When Beatriz Flamini entered the cave in Granada, Russia had not invaded Ukraine and the world was still in the grip of the Covid pandemic.

It was part of an experiment closely monitored by scientists.

"I'm still stuck on November 21, 2021. I don't know anything about the world," she said after exiting the cave.

Ms Flamini, 50, entered the cave aged 48. She spent her time in the 70m (230ft) deep cave exercising, drawing and knitting woolly hats. She got through 60 books and 1,000 litres of water, according to her support team

"I've been silent for a year-and-a-half, not talking to anyone but myself," she said, while reporters pressed her for more details.

"I lose my balance, that's why I'm being held. If you allow me to take a shower - I haven't touched water for a year-and-a-half - I'll see you in a little while. Is that OK with you?"

Usually during CNY I will receive red packet from married Chinese colleague that I know/Chinese colleague with high ranking position
(eg: Head of department, direct supervisor, project manager)

Not sure for Malay since previously I work in company which majority is Chinese.

But now my current company has a lot malay colleague.

Shall I expect green packet from married Malay colleague as well after they back from Raya???
