It’s in Putra Bistari 2, so not that near to the fire but not that far either 🫠<br /><br />Not yet made any downpayment and hearing the news today makes me a bit uneasy. I guess can wait for more info, my worry is that it’s negligence or poor quality materials.<br /><br />Pros is the house we’re considering doesn’t seem to be near any gas pipeline that I can tell. It’s guarded and near LRT.<br /><br />Cons of course is the giant fire and it’s about 500m from a Petronas station. I’m worried that this incident will have big effect and it turns into a ghost town. I feel now the environment is just right.<br /><br />What would you do if you were me? What kind of info to look out for, how long to wait before moving on?
