Saving for the Future vs Making My Wife Happy

As a 37-year-old earning RM8k per month, I've only managed to save RM100k in my savings which i know is insufficient. To ramp up my savings, I've adopted a frugal lifestyle.

However, this has led to tension with my wife, who feels we should enjoy life more and want to take control over our finance.

As a housewife, she is good at taking care our childrens but not in managing finance. i'm hesitant to hand over our finance to her due to her limited experience.

Should i prioritize making my wife happy and risk compromising our financial stability or find alternative solutions to address her concerns?

I'm torn between securing our financial future and maintaining a happy marriage.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Edit : My main question is should i let my wife happy and control our finances, even if it compromises our financial stability?

Hello everyone!

My new house is nearing completion, and im planning to rent it out.

What strategies can i use to minimize the risk of problematic tenants?

Specifically:

1. How can i ensure timely rent payments every month?

2. What measures can i take to prevent non-payment excuses?

3. What the best approach to handle lockout situations due to non-payment?

Your experiences and advice are greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone,

Considering renting out my property, i'm torn between self-management and hiring a property management agent.

I've heard concerns about tenants not paying rent, damaging property, and other issues.

Being a landlord seems challenging, and i'd prefer avoiding the headaches.

Can anyone share their experience with hiring a property management agent?

Pros and cons? Worth the cost?

Thank you for your insights!

Using credit card money to make money

Dear all,

I was thinking using bank money to make money. I know this is insane.

I am a small supplier of a skincare product.

I supply product to shops and get back my capital + profit in a month.

I don't pay rent, ads or commission.

I make about 10% profit each month.

Is it good idea to use credit card to take stock and pay it back in a month?

Is it worth for a 10% profit?
