Anybody booked housing suria heights sendayan?

Hi people! I need some feedback if any anyone has booked suria heights housing project at sendayan? Under matrix.

We booked but have not viewed model house also yet. Only got a brochure PDF. And house Agent says early booking rebates are for those that booked early? Like even without seein the model house ?

Now our loan is approved but feel sceptical to go a head sign offer letter from bank..anybody else made booking can share some info ?

red brick house

Good day peeps. i am curious to know why some houses are built with red bricks while some are not?? any engineers/contractors can answer me?

whats the benefit of red brick VS another way is using concrete reinforcement? pls correct if im wrong.

Bandar baru sendayan

hi guys. Yesterday i went and viewed the new showroom MELORA by matrix developers at bandar baru sendayan. The house itself i think was quite nice and spacious 2,500 sqft i think 20x75.

I do know about the numerous issues from matrix developer as i am orang seremban..i do read the groups and many mentioned to stay away from them developers?

I did speak to newer house owners that bought at the area and i think newer houses seems to be improvised? i do know highway is quite far but i dont mind much on that as my work is off peak timings.

Do you guys ow properties at sendayan pls share. and do advise if worth it or not..is their recent quality of construction better? tq

Hi people, before i decide to buy a house i would like to know if are there any non-bumi owners are there at SERIMBA TERRACE bandar bukit mahkota?

I notice hardly any chinese community lives in bandar bukit mahkota. I wish that years to come that would change with the more upcoming projects.
