Child Kidnapping! PLS HELP!

Hi Guys,

One of my friend's son has been taken away from her by the child's dad. The Mother has legal custody of the child and the child has been taken away against the mothers will.

The father has fled with the son first to Dubai, then to Malawi, and now they have been traced to Malaysia.

I just want to ask if anyone knows any authorities in KL that we can talk to regarding this matter? Pls provide us with contact details if possible

Edit: I forgot to mention, we are currently in Sri Lanka, and the Mother and Child too are Sri Lankan Citizens.
