need advice and opinion.

I want to resign and submit 2 month's notice as mentioned under my contract clause termination within the bond period. My bond will end on 28/4/2022 (stated in LOA). I have submitted it early April and the last working day in early June.

After 1 month, yesterday suddenly HR reverted saying I breach the contract and need to pay a penalty of 10K. I have completed two years of service which 28/4/200 will mark 2 years. Which part I did breach the contract. HR says I cannot submit a notice within the bond period and need to submit it after 28/4. The thing is, in the contract under the termination clause or any clause there is no mentioned date I can submit a notice.

HR say she mislook the things and did say she already informed me before I sign the letter. I say I look at the black and white, no record, no proof you did say that notice can be served after 28/4/2022.

Now she wants to discuss with the management, how long it will take I don't know, I will start new work in June.

in your opinion, did I breach the contract? I want to follow up the case to JPP(since my wage above rm2k) but need to hear management decision first.
