Cat and 3 kittens in my backyard

About one month ago the cat suddenly come to my house and give birth to 3 kittnes. I don't want them because I have no money to take care of them. Neighbors don't want them. Where can I send the cat and kittens to? I'm in Selangor.

I got an email from LHDN (noreply@hasil.gov.my) with title "LHDNM: Soal Selidik Kajian Pembangunan Model dan Modul Pelaksanaan Audit Komunikasi dan Keberkesanan Media untuk LHDNM"

Content is "Sila klik pada pautan berikut untuk sertai kajian https : / / rb.gy / upuoj ......"

https : / / rb.gy / upuoj (remove all space for the actual link)

I clicked on this link because the sender is "noreply@hasil.gov.my" which look like a safe sender. But the more I look at this link the more I find this link suspicious. Is this a normal link that LHDN will use? Or is it controlled by malicious third party?

Took 3 China vaccine, 2 China vaccine as arranged by government, third China vaccine is through private method (friend recommend China vaccine because mRNA is new technology). What to do?

How to throw Mr Muscle toilet cleaning liquid

Mr Muscle and Bleach are highly toxic. Can I just throw them into the dumpster? Can I just put in plastic bag and let garbageman collect it?
Are there special place that collect Mr Muscle or Bleach or related stuffs.

I don't want to use Mr Muscle because my pipe is not normal, it's showing exterior signs of problems, I fear using Mr Muscle and bleach will damage my pipe, so I want to throw them away.

I know three pasar with lots of people: Pasar Pudu, Pasar Chow Kit, Pasar Taman Muda.

I also know several small pasar in Cheras that has less people than the above 3, for example Pasar Taman Midah.

What are other pasar in KL and Selangor that has a lot of people?
