Clarification regarding CC finance charges

Hi guys, need some clarification regarding CC's finance charges.

skip to tldr at btm if dont want to read so long...

So the story is like this:
- April 15 is my statement date. Total outstanding is 11k. Due on 5th May.

- On April 24, i converted most of the transactions to 0% 6/12 months since they have that promo.
- some of the transactions that converted are before April 15 statement date, and some of the converted transactions are after April 15 statement date.
- total transactions converted to 0% installment amounted to around 16k.

- On April 25 i check my CC statement in banking app, and saw they credited full amount of the transactions that were converted, and also subsequently debited the monthly installments for it.. I found it strange cause normally all these installment conversions they dont show up as a credit back to your account, they would just straight up lock your credit limit and debit you the monthly installments right.. Anyway i didnt think much of it at that time la..

- On 5th May my due date for April's statement, when i tried to check what is my outstanding to amount to pay. I got confused on how much i actually needed to pay.
Cause the current outstanding amount seems weird for me cause now it has mixture of previous month's outstanding + current month's outstanding. So i cant pay based on what's shown in the outstanding amount in banking app. Also, because of the 0% conversion, even the min amount to pay showed up as RM0. Further adding to my confusion.
Like i said earlier, total outstanding was 11k, but after my installment conversions it got credited with 16k.

- Tried to figure it out myself but couldn't so i ended up calling the bank's CS to clarify what is my outstanding amount that i need to pay for my April statement. Cause i wanted to pay in full whatever my outstanding amount was.
- Spoke to CS, and CS rep told me i have no outstanding amount. He went through my transactions and said because i did the installment conversion, so technically now i have "overpaid". Cause the total sum of my installment conversions was more than April's total outstanding amount..
- Then i double confirmed with CS that i have nothing to pay for my April's statement and he said yes nothing..
- So okay since the CS said like this, so i also took his word and thus made no payments for my April's statement.

Here's the part i need clarification on now:
- Come this month May 15 statement come out, i realized kena finance charges 15%, amounted to around RM60.
- Called CS up asking them how come got finance charges all and the CS rep said cause i did not pay in full for April's statement.
- Then i told this CS what i was told by another of their CS when i called up on May 5 earlier, i wanted to make payments but cause was told there was no outstanding to pay hence no payments made.
- Told them it wasn't my fault and it's not like i didnt want to pay it. I called and asked how much to pay but was told there was nothing to pay.
- then this CS rep said its fine i can request them to waive off this finance charges after i make full payment for my May 15 statement, which is due on June 4.

TLDR:
My question now is, since i already kena finance charges, means clearly there was some outstanding amount that was unpaid for April 15 statement right..
So will i keep kena the daily charges because of it? Or is the finance charges fixed at that amount shown in my statement, around RM60..??

hi /k starbucks expert, mintak tolong [SOLVED]

EDIT:
mystery solved. thanks /k

i was the bodo one kena jebaited by menu layout.

for those of you who frequent starbucks.
wanna ask something.

i bought this drink just now: Java chip frap

Menu price shown RM18.00 inclusive of SST.
Then i check my receipt kena charge RM19 before SST.

If RM18 inclusive of SST then -20% member promo = RM14.40 << i should be paying this amount
Instead i paid RM19 x 1.06 SST = RM20.14 - 20% = RM16.10

I did ask in-store to the barista how come RM19 shown in the receipt, the barista said oh because of SST, final price already minus it later bla bla bla..
I also didnt think much about it that time. I left bewildered but took the barista's word for it cause didn't want to hold up the line.

There's a diff of RM1.70 that i paid extra. Before i go on a Karen rant, just wanna ask what is that extra charge for if y'all know..?
Also, earlier i remember the barista did ask me whether want some chocolate sauce drizzle on side of the cup or not, I told them no I dont want any add-ons.

So was that extra charge because of the whipped cream/chocolate sauce in my cup?

Dispute with H/P bank regarding payment..

Hi /k, wanna ask is it possible to get the transaction records for the past 7 years from my current bank account (cimb) to my H/P account (public bank)??

I have a car loan that is on the final month payment (balance less than RM5xx).I went to public bank to make payment and got a shock that my final payment amount is higher than it should be.. they told me got balance RM9xx.

Based on my own records all my payment have been up to date. So the final amount should only be less than 1 full month's payment (less than rm5xx) but when i went to PB they say the amount is almost double. I call the PB hp jln sultan sulaiman also said same thing.. got dont know what lanjiao late charges, after arguing on the phone they say will waive it. But still the amount to be paid is RM7xx.

But the fking thing is, earlier this month i called them up and the balance was correct as with my own records. I.e. still got RM 7xx left.. and since that call i made 1 more months payment which should bring my final amount to RM3xx..

Now im fucking pissed, dont know what bullshit they pulling..
