Relocating TNB meter front pillar

Guys,

I'm going to start renovating my house very soon. Just need opinion on what is the precedures and how much it will cost to relocate the TNB meter which is located infront (beside gate pillar) fr TNB.

My house width is 24 feet and thinking to move the TNB and pillar approx 5 feet to enjoy 14 feet width of the gate.

Kindly enlightened as this is my first time.
