I&#39;m currently in the last stage of the sale of my condo, the S&amp;P were signed around Feb, and my financier has refunded amounts I&#39;ve overpaid and doesn&#39;t require any additional payment somewhere in feb/mar. Also I&#39;ve been told by the maintenance office that since April the new owner is already in their record and I&#39;m no longer the owner.<br /><br />The question now is do I still have to pay the maintenance fee for May and June?
