3 Damansara mall new eateries

3 Damansara mall recently added 2 new Chinese eateries at the NSK lower ground floor, and seems to have reserved some shop lots for other new restaurants. Starling is still more popular but sometimes too crowded difficult to find carpark during lunch time. Now got more choices. Meanwhile I think the popular Korean food stall at 3 Damansara has moved into a shop near to its original location.

Starling got many new shops lately. Just open a new Thai restaurant, a new pet shop, and now a new Nine Dragon cha chan teng. Since just open the whole place is full. Price wise seems similar to Kim Gary etc. It seems cha chan teng in Malaysia always good business.

Restaurant totally full. More people than KFC and Burger King nearby. Last time Fuel Shack so sad empty all the time. Should have get Jollibee to open sooner. Next try to get Taco Bell there as well.

Surprised to see Daiso also no more already. The new construction sign indicates some kind of korea restaurant will take its place.

As long as Plaza Bukit Bintang is not rebuilt, Sungei Wang has no fengshui to be great again it seems.

Surprised that the food court at 4th floor still around. But customers are just so so only during lunch time, maybe about 80% tables are occupied, with good social distancing. Last time used to be fully packed.

Went to 3rd floor and surprised the food court there are doing good business, almost all tables occupied, check the price and notice the price is cheap, many food are rm7 to rm9 range, which is almost same price as mixed rice nowadays. Got Aircon too.

Went to lowyat lower ground food court and found out it has been closed already. Even subway, Japanese, Korean and the Hong Kong food shop are closed. Increased rental? Kesian already 2 years MCO with little income and now got kicked out.
