One day I opened my mailbox and found a slip from poslaju informing me there's a registered mail I need to pick up. I understand this is what they do if they failed to reach you.

But I haven't not received any calls about a registered mail. The stamp was barely readable. And I have to pick up the registered mail within 7 days, Monday to Friday during office hours.

Is it a service to serve customers or making lives difficult?

I called to rearrange a 2nd delivery to the 1300 number, sure they will attempt again, during office hours. You can't be there to receive? Well that's too bad, it will be returned to sender after 7 days, and we can't tell you who the sender was. Go suck it up.

Why is there still such a service these days? Why would anyone use such a service unless you really hate the recipient?

Hi guys, I am planning to use mainly GU10 LED in a house due to the built in driver and plan to buy in bulk. Apart from the major brands, there are also cheaper ones like megaman, ranpo and FSL which are less than RM5 a piece. Any idea if these worth the risks? Thanks!
