Successfully chop 13Kgs

Shit size from XL to M

BMI from 32 -> 28

Fatf from 33% -> 27%

Still fat but not obese anymore.

Method?
Count what i eat and do exercise 5 days/week. 3days weight strict with the rest cardio.

After CNY will see how much i gain lul

my contract going to ends soon, another 12 weeks to be precises.

my superior wan convert me to permanent.

before that, they promise me a lot of thing, n then they was like

"i dont know how good r u, so i can only pay u exact amount from what you take from your previous company. if you can performance, i will give u wat u wan (+500) when we decide to convert you to permanent. which takes about 6 months to review your performance"

truout this 9 months time, they never realize any promise la but i'm ok as long as they pay me what i wan at the end of the day.

but turn out, they gave me +200. claim, this is the best we can give u.

i reject to sign. i told my boss all over again what the director and HR promised last year.

so.. what now? they will f me up n down n pecat me immediately? am i going to jobless soon?

My wife 10 yrs old laptop, motherboard burn, but she is too sentimental to throw it away. So i decide to upgrade the laptop.

Well, Thats basically everything I changed. But it did not go so well due to bios not compatible for the i7-640M CPU and the motherboard cant read the 4GB DDR3 single stick RAM.

However, the problem solved after bringing L550 BIOS into the system.

As of the heat generation (i3-330M to i7-640M is a big upgrade), I installed Crysis and play @ 480p setting for about an hour. Its playable @ 40~fps and the highest temperature hits 78celcius (GPU) and 75celcius (CPU).

Overall, this laptop has turn into something pretty powerful and it can run demanding apps smoothly. At least my wife dont need to headache and look for a computer to do her office works.

As of the cost,

CPU i7-640M RM160

Ok, the story happen on me. True storeeehhh

I bought an old shop lot from an Uncle.

After the deal, i decided to tear everything down n rebuild. Then the Uncle approached me and said “hey, since u going to abolish everything, can u please give me the metal door? (Collaptible type, old shop lot). Then i said “ok lar, just take it and go.”

Months after, the shop lot got teared down and i contact the Uncle come and collect the door.

Heres the best part,

He said “er... i dont want that door liao, i give it back to you, but u have to pay me 500”

Why? He explained, u give it to me, so its mine. Now i dont wan already, i give it back to you, so its logical that i wan to get money from you. U FOC to me its your problem, but i dont wan FOC to u!

I was an engineer, doing quite a good job and always get good appraisel & raise.

One day, my dad decided to call me back n promised to pay me 5000/mth. Mind u, my pay was 3500 back then.

Then ok, i agreed and resigned. My boss shocked. The GM shocked. But they accept my resignation after they know my explanation.

Then work under my dad. Follow procedure. Since i stay with him, he pay all the utilities & food lar. Since we r working to transportation related. I got fuel subsidy too.

Meanwhile, i got this gf, proposed, plan to kahwin soon.

However,
- i only got 2000/mth. No increment for 2 yrs n still counting
- i work 830-5 or 7pm 6 days a week no OT.
- no insurance, i need to pay myself. About 3k/yr

So,
- i have no saving. I let go my hobby.
- i have no frens becoz i have no time for them anymore.
- after work if i play game in my room sure kena k
- i at the edge to lose my gf due to i cant actually spend anymore
- everyday told me multi-million sales will let u succeed very soon. But i still struggle from 2k/mth

I was thinking to leave this house. But i afraid my dad no face. But i feels so suffocated.

What should i do?

Then i saw this 50-60yrs old auntie. Walking slow in the middle left of asphalt road. Bhind here, a car drive slow, follow closely.

Then i kinda shout to the auntie, just incase she cant heard my voice. "Auntie! There is a car bhind you! Please becareful!" I shouted.

The old auntie terkejut n jump to the side. Immediately, she show her middle finger to me.

I'm thinking to get myself a cert, either diploma or certificate in pharmacy related study. Where can i find for more info?

I search many places but they dont give part time course.

Any ideas? Guys? Even online course is good to me.

I made out a list of my mom's self mix muesli and I calculated out the macro inside the mixture.

This is what I got,

is this consider healthy?

FYI,
- all sources reference from google
- consist of oats, oats germs, dried fruits, nuts, and seeds.
- proportion is, Oats & Germs = 40%, Nuts = 20%, Seeds = 20%, Dried Fruits = 20%.
- Nuts contains walnut, macadamia, pecan, hazel, etc etc
- oats is mostly roll oat
- seeds are flaxseed, melon seed, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame
- fruits is apricot, sultanas, raisins, currents, etc.

please comment.

Nowaday really need to find some way to earn some extra money

so i come out an idea

my parents always help her frens and families to premixed the oat package

The premixe includes
roll oat, macadamia, almond, raisins, and sometimes dried fruits

I was thinking,
wat if i do the prepack and sell it out?

we use all genuine ingredient and no sugar added.

is it doable?

EDIT:
How to eat?
just add hot water and wait for 10~15mins.
its crunchy and quite sweet to eat.

If you wan it soft, you need to cook on stovetop.
