I have posted in another topic, but received no answer. So I decided to post here.<br /><br />Salary range between not more than 15K.<br /><br />Company A<br />Role: Software Developer<br />1. Work from office everyday. No hybrid.<br />2. Local bank company.<br />3. In house software development.<br />3. Annual leave 22 days, medical benefit for self &amp; dependents<br />4. Bonus should be between 3-6 months, annually.<br /><br />Company B<br />Role: Software Developer<br />1. Work from home everyday<br />2. HQ company in India<br />3. Most of colleagues will be from India offshore, some will be from Malaysia.<br />4. Project based, not in house.<br />5. Annual Leave 14 days. For medical benefit, have to subscribe monthly for self and additional for dependents.<br />6. Bonus, 4 times a year (some percentage from salary, depending on performance)<br />7. RM 1500 more than Company A.<br /><br />The good side I can see from Comp A is that it has more annual leave and medical benefit is good. Just that I have to commute to the office everyday about 30 mins (motorcycle). Plus I cant vape while doing work, because in office environment.<br /><br />For Company B, I can vape while work, but what I&#39;m not comfortable is that colleagues will be from India. I&#39;ve had experiences working with them, some are good and some are not.<br /><br />What do you guys think? based on this two company, which would you choose and the reasons.
