I need a budget robot vacuum around rm300, as a midweek part-time cleaner. I would consider spending rm500 if the robot vacuum is efficient enough to replace my weekly vacuuming routine, though I still need to clean other spots besides the floors as my house is very dusty. (3 BR apartment <1000sqft)

What feature should I look for?
Is mopping feature any good or should just focus on vacuuming?

About my house:
- Rented apartment
- Corridor is very quiet
- Front entrance: Sliding grill (no lock,rosak), wooden door (very basic lock)*
- Windows: facing guard house, outside busy road also so pretty safe I guess

After got broken into, I changed to Mr DIY padlock with alarm. Been thinking to add more layer of security:
- CCTV
- Door sensor, open/close door will have sound since corridor is very quiet
- 2nd padlock if balik kampung
any other suggestions? keep in mind that the device need to be plug and play since it's a (rented house)

*House owner is considering to change the grill, but I want to add more protection since I am the one who's living in the house
