Good day and Happy New Year to all. I have recently purchased all necessary components for a Mini ITX build as I've gotten frustrated playing games on my Razer Blade 15 and my palm gets too hot, and also experience a bloated battery, which I expect will come again.

Louqe Ghost S1 with medium top hot
Noctua NH-L12 Ghost Edition CPU Cooler (meant for LGA1200 but they have dispatched LGA1700 bracket after I sent them the receipts for the M/B and Chipset. Waiting for it)
Corsair SF600 80+ Plat
Intel 12700k
ASUS B660i-Gaming Mini ITX M/B
ASUS Dual RTX3050 OC Edition 8GB
32GB Corsair Vengeance DD5 5200
Samsung NVME 1TB 980 Pro
Noctua NF-A12x15 120mm fans x 3

I have checked YouTubes so many times, and my only fear comes from the Chipset and CPU cooler installation. I have seen paste being squeezed on, and some buttered on. If I make a mistake, I fear it may be a costly mistake. As such, any enthusiast who are skilled to assist with the build are most welcomed. I'm located in Puchong and if a fee is necessary, do let me know. Aside from that, meals on me while I learn from you. Will also need assistance with online purchase on Windows to be installed on this new build.

Lodging of Defects via Mobile App

Does anyone who has recently taken Vacant Possession from reputable developers was asked to lodge defects via mobile applications? More accurately, anyone using 3rd party developer app instead of Developer's app.

Recently took VP of a unit and was asked to download Alfred Property Manager. Looks easy to use. But am curious if more and more developers are using 3rd party apps. And if you have, would appreciate if you could post what's the name of the app. Another I am aware of is Profix but have not tried it before.
