Patched a tire for RM70 today

Today realized my tyre kena a piece of about 3x3cm aluminum.
My tyre is Bridgestone Turanza T005 Run Flats.
Went to tyre shop to do patching.
Initially uncle there say need change full tyre, he say hole too big.
Then after that he say, he can try to patch, use old method.

I dunno what he do, put some black rubber/stuff on the hole to patch, then test for leak.
Charged RM70
Run Flat patch more expensive one meh?

Is 2.56% for new car loan too high?

Hi, wanna ask sifus here.
I recently take interest in purchasing a new 75K car.
Planning to put dp of 50K.
The sales told me interest rate from Maybank is 2.56% @ 50K @ 7 years.
I recall usually its around 2.2-2.3% only?
Is this common and acceptable?
On a monthly, it is RM10 extra over that 7 year period.
