I left this previous Co (an MNC) because of salary issues that my superior that time did not know about. I kept it to myself.
I discovered everyone's pay via HR portal bug, the MNC now knows (after many months) I accessed this info and decided to solve it within the IT side to patch the bug.
I got all this info because I was contacted by my ex superior, now that the superior knows I was furious about my unfair pay, and proposed if they can counter offer me my current salary PLUS 5% on top.

People are leaving that MNC and there is shortage of hands to handle the professional tasks.
They don't mind to have me back and finally gave the pay that I desired, despite many months have passed since I joined the new Co.

If you asked me, I would prefer to work in that MNC's environment & reunite with my friends again, and do the work that I am already familiar with, this time giving it my all due to pay rise.
But in the first place I left the MNC in a bitter note, going back now seems a bit weird. Not sure if they will bring up the HR bug case to me again when they are unhappy with me.

But the offer is there, it is up to me to accept it, should I go for it?

I know all the bad comments about run flats, I have experience using Michelin Pilot Spot and so far has been good.
I wanted peace of mind of not needing spare tyre all over again, so I changed all 4 tyres to run flat again.
Any tips on run flats from you all sifus? I want the best for my BMW.

Anyone can shed some light on this?
Today I went to HR to find out about some policy matters, the HR was away, I saw a document somewhere in her desk with many names, they are familiar names, mine is also included in it.
Turned out it is showing me the current pay of everyone, and I am so utterly shocked to find out I am the lowest pay among them.
Most of them are 8k or above, a few are 9k.

I don't know what to feel about this after seeing this, it cannot be unseen.
I am one of the few people that's handling 2 projects, the rest only handle less, so I felt terrible putting in the efforts and being taken advantage of my low pay compared to peers.
My peers always complain to me they have low pay, judging they are slightly older than me, I assume they are low range, but actually quite high? I feel like they are messing with me now.

The good news is, I got headhunted recently to join few months later.
But after today's incident, I am not sure if I am being fooled this time again or not. IF YES, WHY NOT, RIGHT??????

Hi all, recently i noticed the acceleration is super fast, around 1 to 2 sec can +50 speed.

Based on what I roughly know about this gear, it is used for manual gear shifting. I did not try to shift gear and just leave it at there and continue driving.

I am just wondering, am I using it correctly? Just put into m/s and forget about it? Or doing so is wrong and will damage my car?

Need your advice sifu. YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

My relative lost my TNG card (the new one that is hard to get) during the trip, I quickly disabled the PayDirect link to avoid eating into my TNG wallet. Card inside still got money.
I got check the TNG app regularly and after a few days I finally noticed someone used that card to pass toll, due to this I can see what toll the person went thru.

I can actually go to the TNG office and ask to review CCTV and get the car plate. Reason why I go to this length is because this card is a meaningful gift to me, got a special sticker in it.
After knowing car plate, I am not sure what to do next to track down the person, SIFUs please advise.
