Hi guys, I need to buy a pair of bus tickets back to kelantan by mid of April, but I can’t seem to buy any from the websites, it’ll show that there’s no trip, but when I check March’s ticket, ada pulak..

Would like to ask the sifus here what’s the issue?

2019 Persona

Dear all, as the title goes, is the 2019 Persona Premium (around RM42k +-, mileage less than 15000km) still worth to buy in 2022? Wanted to get a second hand but not too old car. Currently in dilemma as the new 2022 Persona Exec cost around 51k OTR. Would it be a better choice to get the new car rather than the used? (in my defense, getting used car is becaus depreciate also x sakit hati haha)

Hi all sifus, as a marketplace freshie, I'd like to ask, what's the realistic / comfortable percentage of salary should I allocate for monthly car installment? Have read on the net where it says around 10%? But not sure if it's realistic.. So if you have experience in this, please share your ideal percentage with a freshie!! TQSM

Hi all, I'm currently debating between these 2 models:

1. 2nd hand HRV (Around MYR 60-80k)

2. Brand new Proton x50 ( Standard or Premium variant)

My budget is around 80k+-, cheaper better of course hahah, which one better? and why if you dont mind sharing..

Wanna ask yall here for some advice.. my situation as below:

Com A (Public Listed Company)
Y1 / 2019 - 2020 : 3200
Y2 / 2020 - 2021 : 3264

Com B (Small SDN BHD, joined for the sake of technical knowledge, but after joined only realize the company's profit is related to gov, means if gov change then company's project all postponed or cancelled, but so far no delay in salary etc, heard senior mentioned increment got around 10%, boss issa good man)
Y1 / 2021 - 2022: 3300 (currently my 6th month)

Com C (Public Listed Company, same field as Com A) (got an offer) (benefit wise confirm better than Com B, but not sure about increment)
Y1 / 2022 - ? : 3700

what would you do in this situation? Jump or no jump?
