He already move out, but some of his things still left behind.

he used deposit to cover rental,which result in deficit.
but,still trying to.claim money from me, keep shouting and scolding in.whatsapp.

he still hold keys and access card. the room I already let out to others.

ya, he want to take his things but no specify date. He scold me putting his things (claim very expensive ) in living hall.

bought subsale unit... the owner never stay before. A 3-4 years old condo.

but, there are quite a few problems.

the kitchen floor (ceramic tiles) got yellow stain which can't be wash out. and when i touch the surface,it feel like rough surface.
an .
other places also got water stain here and there which can't be wipe off.

any idea to repair ut instead of changing the tiles?

its a subsale condo. i plan to let out.

the ceiling fan can on, but not moving. it need to press the remote control to initiate it.
unfortunately, the remote control is spoilt beyond repair.

Any solution? at minimum cost. According to.chatgpt and gemini, the fan is DC motor.

I only occasionally go to my condo during weekend twice a month, about 50min drive from my place.

I found it quite troublesome to hold the keys and cards and always mistaken . The condo using door card and car park card, both different card.

How u guys manage it ? its so inconvenient.
I not sure, why the card spoilt easily after 1 year which i rarely use it.
