I have double checked all the letters (with list down of the documents) and pile of documents, the firm only sent me Power of Attorney, Deed of Assignment and Facility Agreement. Any property owner encounter similar issue before? I have called and emailed to the firm but they need some time to check. Will the lawyer firm send us the original stamped copy?
