guys,

i am in a very awkward situation.

i am evaluating a tender and the tenderers are required to provide their price (= cost of Works - sales of salvaged items)

one of the tenderer's price is negative (the sales of salvaged items > cost of works).

so how do i proceed to calculate the amount of performance security?

Question on Legality of Committee Policy

I own a double storey house in which a committee was set up (Rukun Tetangga, that sort of stuff).

They have a policy which prohibits foreigners to rent in that area.

Is the policy legal? Because I'm thinking of renting my house to them.

Any sifus here willing to advise?
