PSU got buzzing sound

hello everyone
another noob question coming in

i just got a new rig, its cool and stuff

thanks for the advise of all buddies and friends in low yat

got this problem, my PSU sometimes got buzzing sound, dunno why
but sometimes got sometimes dont have

other than that there's nothing wrong with the performance with the pc

any idea why it is buzzing?

its only 3 weeks old

hello everyone

my cpu yesterday exploded, and thus i have nothing to do anymore,

being pc-illiterate i have no idea on how to build a new cpu,
any suggestion for a build with a budget of RM2500 cause being a noob, i dowanna kena con/cut/chop by ppl when i go get those parts

my pc will mostly be used for gaming, photo editing and song writing

i have the monitor, keyboard, speaker, mouse and dvd-r stuff

can anyone help suggest a build?
