Baby Awake at Night

Hi Everyone,
Need some advise here.
I have a 3month old baby, he will sleep until 2am-3am from 10pm-11pm. Then at 2am-3am, he will awake until 6am-7am. During this awake time, he will cry from time to time until he sleep at 6am-7am. When he cry:-

1) we feed him, and afterward still crying and reluctant to sleep
2) put him on sarong cradle, still cry and reluctant to sleep
3) give pacifier, still cry and reluctant to sleep
4) put him on the cot, still cry and reluctant to sleep
5) swaddle him, still cry and reluctant to sleep

The best part is he sleep soundly and deeply from 10pm-11pm to 2am-3am without any cry. So, I personally think it is nothing to do with room temperature, cot, cradle nor pacifier.

Kindly need your advise on how to stop the crying. I understand the need of feeding during night time, but the crying is a real problem.
Averagely, we are sleeping about 2-4hours a day. too tiring now and really need some advise.

Beneficiary Appointment at the Bank

Can we appoint beneficiary at Malaysia Bank in case my demise. For example, if I appoint a beneficiary (my parent), in the event I pass away, the bank will transfer all my money in the said bank to my parent. Malaysia bank got such service or not?

Looking for Nanny in Puchong Area

Good day everyone
I am currently looking for a nanny.
We will be having our newborn in March 2022 , and after the maternity leave, we will be needing a nanny to take care our little one.
Below is the information:-

1) Area : Puchong (preferably meranti jaya area / taman putra prima area / bukit puchong area) Other areas in Puchong are welcome.
2) Baby Age : 3 month old
3) Date Required : June 2022
4) Nanny Ethnicity : Chinese
5) Other : Nanny must be experienced.

If you have experience with any good nanny in Puchong, please drop me your recommendation.

Hope that I wouldnt be too early to look for a nanny.
