Celcomdigi Fiibre ran out of addresses

It seems I won’t have any internet today because the Celcomdigi addresses for home connections have run out. I’m getting assigned an invalid IP address of 172.24.192.255 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.255 (OK for PPPoE) and a gateway IP of 172.24.193.254. My basic profile is Celcom Home 2.

[2024 09] iPhone Held - "Awaiting import license"

Hi all,

I recently ordered a new iPhone directly from Apple, and it's now stuck in Royal Customs Malaysia with the status: "Awaiting Import License to complete clearance." The iPhone is for personal use, and typically, these shipments come from China, but this one was sent from Singapore. The company name on the bill is listed as Apple Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

I'm a complete idiot so I have a lot of questions:
... What exactly is an Import License in this context? Is it something that should have been handled automatically by Apple or DHL?
... Am I considered the importer in this case, or does that role fall to Apple since they shipped it?
... Is there anything I can do to expedite this process, such as proactively contacting DHL or providing any documentation?

Any advice or experiences you can share would be much appreciated.

QUOTE

Shipment Details:
    AWB Number: [ 1234567890 ]
    Pickup Date: [00 September 2024]
    Ship From: SG
    Ship To: MY
Event Category:
    [00 September 2024 00:00] - Clearance Event - KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA
Further Details: "Awaiting Import License to complete clearance."
Next Steps: "Import clearance process will resume as soon as the required license is provided. A DHL representative shall attempt to contact the importer for the import license. Customer should contact DHL Customer Service if not reached by DHL."
