RM2400 MARiiCas Incentive

Guys,

Has anyone registered for the MARiiCas Incentive for EV bike?

I've registered and it's approved. Initially planned to go for the Blueshark SOLOERA SOLO 1C partnership with Setel but found out need to pay RM69 monthly for battery and connectivity for 5 years IINM. Taking everything into calculation, it's not worth it.

I'm looking for the cheapest one-off purchase that can utilize the RM2400 MARiiCas incentive.

Please recommend. I don't really mind the specs of the bike as I'm planning to use it for short distance like in town only, radius about 30KM max

Thank you guys!

I want to ask about Cuckoo Titan

Anyone used it or using it now?

What interest me is the instant cold water function

How does it work and how much cold water can get continuously?

Is tankless more power saving than tank version because tank version the hot water need to continously keep the water hot where as tankless will only consume electricity during operation

GPS Tracker

Good day guys

As per title, I'd like to seek for advise / suggestions

I'm looking for a handheld / portable GPS tracker that also has call / listening function. Meaning that I can track the location in real-time and also listen to conversations. I'm planning to place this device in my car

I'm aware that there are GPS device that can be hardwired to the vehicle but I'm looking for a battery operated tracker only.

I'm looking for a reliable device. Other requirements are slim and lightweight and if possible can be magnetically attached to the interior of a vehicle

Are there any shops in Klang Valley that is specialized in these devices? I'd like to purchase this device at a physical store rather than online

Thank you guys

Traveling Recommendations

Good Day guys

I need some recommendations / advice

I recently got an offer. Pay is good and the work is something I enjoy doing. Btw, I was laid off last year in Oct 2020 and ever since I've been freelancing, basically doing whatever there is to sustain while looking for a job.

The office is nearby Econsave Kampung Jawa

I'm currently located nearby Aeon Seremban 2. I've actually settled down here and do not have any plans to relocate and at this point in time relocating is my last choice

The distance between my house and the office is about 75 to 80km. Depending on the route, either via Elite (75km) or Sg Besi (80km).

Currently, I have 2 plans in my mind:

1. Travel everyday by bike. I've a 150cc kapchai which I'm planning to use to commute. By car is also an option but expenses is high and what concerns me more is the traffic jam. I've thinking to upgrade my bike to a bigger cc bike.

2. Rent a room somewhere near the office and go back every week. I will be leaving my wife and kids back home.

Regarding option 2, I really have no idea which area should I rent and what's the cost like.

Kindly advise guys. I'm open to any advise / opinion / suggestion. Thank you.
