Unfair 5 year award

Hi guys,
My company have been practise a 5 year loyalty award for all employees and for the past few year, 5 year employees have been getting a fair amount of rm5k. This year is my turn but i only getting rm800, way off the previous amount. I feel its totally unfair because I contributed alot to the company all these years (probably the most in my department). I feel that Im being discriminate by the current boss probably not happy with me after I showed dissatisfactory to his newly implemented job scope for us (We were forced to accept and sign in the end). I am planning to write an official letter to compalin about this unfairness to him.

Could u guys give me any advice or who should i take this matter to. This 5 year award is very important to me since I have worked my ass off and being a loyal dog to them for 5 years + now.

Hi, i plan to change the LEDs on the LED fan and i got a few questions for doing so, normally LED fans run on 12V power so i need 4x 12V LEDs is that right?

Its like this, an LED fan - 12V powered had 4 LEDs in it right? So im not sure whether each of them are 12V-LED or not..

Another question is, are casing LEDs 12V as well?

Its was on Sunday morning around 3am when it black out. Some unit in the same block effected. Housemate say he heard some loud noise. So we go see and saw this, fire burnt through the aluminium plate like a torch. Same floor juz outside my house. Damn scary mang...

TNB got come tat morning and pipel say they temporary fixed it. Then at nite black out 1 more time until after MU vs TTH.

Then heard pipel say someone poured water at tat electric line from above... DAFUQ

Broken gigabyte motherboard pin

Hi,

I accidentally bend and broke 2 of my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3-B3 LGA1155) socket pins which is still under warranty.
I want to ask if anyone familiar with gigabyte services if gigabyte provide such repairs without voiding the warranty? I am willing to pay for the repairs.
And how much will the repair normally cost?

Stupid ReputKL Bus T628

Everyday i pigi kerja have to take bus rabbitKL t628. So this morning i waiting for the bus macam biasa at the busstop opposite the road/ opposite its signboard.

Then around 10.15am bus sampai but fuuuhh punya laju the bus macam kena kejar hantu with no sign of slowing down. So we (got 1 more guy oso) raise hand and get movin la. Then by the time it almost terlimpas the busstop, dono the driber maybe rabun ka buta ka, started to notice us then forcefully slowed down the bus, yes SLOWED not STOP.

So we had to jalan towards the bus which was ady few meters away but but but the bus still MOVING SLOWLY not STOPPING!! So we keep going and going to the bus. Belum lagi sampai then tiba tiba the bus vroommm! vroomm! cabut lari.

I was like "LEFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!11111111" and the other guy oso like kena stuncock. Macam sial dono the bus really kena kejar hantu ka, ada bomb dalam bus ka, or the bus driber is simply plain stupido, tak ada otak, dumbarse mofo... etc etc.

Feelin disappointed and stressed we go back to busstop. Then tok kok awhile and the other guy decide to walk not sure where he goin tho. Me pula decided to wait for next bus and no need say sudah comfirm late to work.

Lucky next bus is lain driber if not i sure rage and jap his kapla sampai botak!

Lookin at the advertisement RubbishKL gud la gud la. Gud my arse, u try bus T628 la.

Inb4 ady email complaint to ReputKL twice few months ago bcoz bus selalu lambat. The next month got improve sikit but this... this... fuuuu..

My vga having problem.

Hi, i have a Winfast Leadtek PX8800GTS 320MB which i bought about three years ago was running fine until recently. My screen started to flicker, some yellow diagonal stripes came out, and the system hangs. Hang means i cant type or click anything, so i hit the reset button. After reset my pc runs but the monitor displays nothing and its power led still stays orange. I tried taking the vga out, putting it back , restart a few times, but and it still shows nothing (no display, monitor led orange). I realize that my vga was very hot during the system hang. I tried my vga on my friend's pc and the same thing happen (no display).

What was the problem?

Now i cant send it for warranty service because its already over its warranty period.
I wanted to send it to repair so i need recommendations on which repair shop (in lowyat) should i send it to, if available.? or other repair shop around kl?

First occurence of problem: around 22-24 January (not sure exactly wat day, it was raining heavily and thunderous tat day)
Problem frequency: always
Problem description:

At first i was having heavy dc problem started on the day mentioned above. After i called helpline, it took them almost a week to fix the dc problem. Done with dc problems, now Im having a very slow downstream speed with only 192-224kbps (i test with 2 modem and they both show different downstream speed) from the original 1.9mbps.

Ive done some pinging and this is wat i get:

Ping statistics for 219.93.218.177: ----------->(default gateway)
Packets: Sent = 5714, Received = 5249, Lost = 465 (8% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 21ms, Maximum = 958ms, Average = 63ms

Packets: Sent = 5245, Received = 4677, Lost = 568 (10% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 313ms, Maximum = 1345ms, Average = 400ms

Packets: Sent = 5754, Received = 5300, Lost = 454 (7% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 21ms, Maximum = 946ms, Average = 59ms

Those "Request timed out" is really annoying especially when im playing online games. It LAGS!
I called helpline again and done a report about this 2 days ago and now still waiting for them to fix this (Those ppl r so SLOW!). While waiting i posted this problem so tat anyone could give me some comment about this.
What is the problem and how to solve it...

Problem details
First occurence of problem: 1-2 years ago
Problem frequency: mostly daytime
Problem description:
I not sure how to explain in detail but it goes like this
1) My modem dsl/act light blinks slowly and then blinks rapidly (got signal then no signal) again and again most of the time especially during daytime.
2) The line is normal during the night around 2-6am. Sometimes it last longer.

Can anyone help me with this?
Tell me wat is the problem and how to solve it...
