Need advice on settle house loan or Epf

Hi,

I just bought a house Rm200k and I have rm250k cash, should I settle the house by putting in Flexi loan account or put in epf?

Actually I won't touch this 200k no matter what, I have extra money for emergency and etc.

Is it a wise choice to put in Epf or something else is suggested low risk?

Epf can withdraw for houseloan if really something happen.

I am 32 this year

Is armored wire a must for autogate?

If I want to conceal my autogate wire, is it a must to use armored wire?

What is the down side for normal wire? Is it straight away spoil when hit by electric?
