Does ColorOS for china Set really have alot of setback compare to Malaysia SET?

Can i use Oneplus 11 China Set Color OS in malaysia and as my main phone?
What will i be losing and whats are the setbacks of using china set?

if phone buy from china,
For Example OnePlus one ( not sure if the modal of OnePlus make different in flashing Oxygen OS) ?
what need to be change ??
will our data here works okay with china phone ? like Digi provider ?
As i know many restriction in china.
Is there other precautions i need to take ?

Budget RM3k-RM3500, can top up abit if needed.

Usage..
would probably game but not so high end, probably 1080p only.
would need at 27 inch monitor
casing would prefer have usb 3.0 on top probably 1 to 2 port. ( If unable to find it's okay, not so important) ( can exclude from budget if not enough)
for ram I guess 2x8gb ? ( not fan of RGB) or 2x4GB ?
Would like to know the full spec and modal of the processor,graphics card, casing, ram, ssd , HDD etc.

Things that I already have
- Mouse , keyboard, speakers..
- For OS I can install myself (Software installation is not an issue)
- primary focus would be the processor , Graphics card and Monitor.
- For the Ram, if it is intel processor, I think only 2600mhz is more than enough, as Intel cant go more than 2600mhz. If it's ryzen processor I would say 3200mhz is the minimum, and 2x8GB kit ?

ps : it will be my first time gaming, the last game I played was Dota 1. Would like to get the best experience

Does My ejahtera able to login in 2 device with same account or just 1 ?

I tried to login to 2nd, one with correct username and password.

Would prefer the design of like iphone where they dont have the rubber, I supposed the rubber they called it as in ear, but the design like iphone earbuds, i am not sure what is it called, but would prefer iphone earbuds type of design.

Any Bluetooth earphones to recommend ? The small like like iphone design.
But will be using on Android phone
